Our goal is to make the planning process easy on our clients. After years of planning and hundreds of trips perfected, we have our planning process down. This ensures our clients don’t need to worry about a single detail. We cross all the i’s and dot all the t’s for them from the initial inquiry to after they return home safely.

Client Form and Fee

Once we’ve had an initial Complimentary Consultation Call to determine the complexity and requests of your trip, Sea to City will collect your Consulting Fee. Then the real fun begins!

Once your trip is under deposit, we consult on travel insurance, as well as VIP you at hotels, advise on visas and any necessary extras.
