We understand that sometimes you are trying to book a luxury hotel outside of our office hours or over the weekend and just don’t want to wait. Enter the Virtuoso Hotel Booking Tool. This tool gives you direct access to our rates including our Virtuoso amenities without having to pick up the phone to call us or sending off an email to your Advisor!
How to Book Using the Virtuoso Hotel Booking Tool
Create Account
In order to book using the Hotel Booking Tool, you first need to make an account. This process will only take a minute!
Search for & Book Hotel
You may search for hotels in a certain destination or for a specific hotel. Give your dates and number of travelers before searching. Click “search” and let Virtuoso take over.
Once you choose the hotel, the room category and the corresponding rate, you’ll be asked to accept “Sarah Attaway” as your Advisor before proceeding to the next page to enter your booking info including credit card details.
Please note, if rates are not displayed, it means that that specific hotel does not participate in this program. We recommend you send an email to info@seatocitytravels.com to inquire about booking that specific hotel.
Finalize Details
After completing your Virtuoso hotel booking, your travel advisor will be in touch to finalize details regarding your stay!

Amenities
Virtuoso amenities are not combinable with every promotion or rate displayed in the booking tool. Please double check the inclusions prior to booking if the amenities are important to you.
room specifics
If there are certain non-negotiables at a hotel that you’d like confirmed, we suggest you reach out to your advisor to ensure these items can be confirmed during the booking process. This may be room placement, bed type, bath vs. shower, etc.

Non-Virtuoso Hotels
Please note that while the Booking Tool pulls all available rates (even those without Virtuoso amenities), the Booking Tool only allows you to book Virtuoso-member hotels. Please contact your Advisor to book non-Virtuoso member hotels.
